What is alma Mentoring

The alma Mentoring Program at the University of Vienna connects students and alumnae (mentees) with experienced alumnae who voluntarily support them on their career path.

As a mentor, you support your mentee in regular conversations regarding their individual goals in one of the following areas:
• Career entry and orientation
• Self-employment and entrepreneurship
